We have built our business by providing the best quality custom drapery possible.  When you buy your draperies from Rainbow Draperies we want to be sure you are added to our list of many satisfied customers.  Here is how we will ensure your satisfaction.

Rainbow Draperies guarantees all our products are free of any defects in manufacturing or workmanship.  In the event of a defect, we will remake the product as soon as possible.   It’s just that simple.

Shipping & Lead Times

Products like fabric and wallpaper are shipping 2 – 3 weeks from the day you place the order. Backorders will be notified immediately after placing the order.

Our current production lead time for hand-crafted manufacturing is 3-4 weeks from the time of fabric arrival.

We do not offer out of town shipping, everything is by local pick up only.
